Sleep Testing for Dental Sleep Medicine
Star Sleep Diagnostics partners with dental providers to assist with the diagnosis of sleep-related breathing disorders, including obstructive sleep apnea (OSA).
Dental providers often identify patients with snoring, airway restriction, bruxism, or craniofacial risk factors that may indicate sleep-disordered breathing. Because a sleep study and physician diagnosis are typically required before initiating oral appliance therapy, we provide convenient diagnostic testing to support dental sleep medicine.
Our goal is to make the diagnostic process efficient and straightforward for dental providers and their patients.

Diagnostic Reports Supporting Oral Appliance Therapy
Following interpretation of the sleep study, a diagnostic report is provided to the referring provider.
When appropriate, the report may include documentation supporting oral appliance therapy as a treatment option for patients diagnosed with obstructive sleep apnea.
This helps dental providers proceed with oral appliance therapy in coordination with medical recommendations.
